Description
This tool consists of a pocket chart and cards. Through this the facilitator can easily aware the participants regarding the benefits of giving supplementary food to the child after the first six months of child birth, the amount and frequency of the supplementary diet that should be given, method of giving supplementary food and type of diet during illness. Along with it information related to nutrition of the lactating mother and the correct method of external breastfeeding can also be conveyed amongst the participants.
