This tool consists boxes with illustrations portraying different types of vaccination that needs to be provided to a child for maintaining his/her health which when arranged in a different fashion portrays the disease from which the child can be saved through regular and timely vaccination. It can be used to aware the participants regarding the importance of these and other vaccines and also about the duration during which it should be provided to the child.
