Description
This tool consists of two pictures one depicting various food products that are a vital source of micronutrients consuming which helps maintain a healthy body and the other depicting food products that are unhealthy and fat filled consumption of which leads to an unhealthy and fat body. It can also be used by the facilitator to discuss upon the importance of a balanced diet to get proper nutrients of all types.
